The neighborhood of The Dunes is a part of Long Beach Township. The Dunes are (is?) located about a mile+ before the center of Beach Haven. It is a very nice, quiet family neighborhood, yet just minutes away by car or bike to Beach Haven attractions, Fantasy Island Amusement Park and plenty of great restaurants and bars and a few just a five minutes walk away.
Beach access paths are located sixty feet North of the house and sixty feet South of the house. There is a life guard located on the beach and a surfing beach is only a couple of blocks away.
